Our inspectors can travel to factories, warehouses and ports all over China in order to carry out inspections to ensure all is as you have ordered and in some cases already paid for.

Each inspection is conducted on the basis of a detailed instruction we will agree with you at the outset, the following criteria are usually specified for a standard pre-shipment inspection;

• Quantity / Weight / Dimension
• Style / Material / Color
• Functionality / performance
• Packaging / Marking / Labelling
• Loading supervision

A detailed report with photographic evidence will be sent to you within 24 hours of the inspection – you can then decide whether or not to accept the shipment or you can also delegate the decision to accept or reject the shipment to our inspector.
